David Worthington

Bridport Central Councillor for Bridport Town Council

David moved to the Bride Valley with his family in 1971. He is a professional sculptor working in the area, and he takes great inspiration from the people and landscapes of West Dorset in his work.

He is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Sculptors, having served as its Vice President from 2010 until 2013.

David wants to see more Council-owned houses built to better support local people. He would also like to see more workshops built to support small businesses and the local economy.
