Local champion and Dorset Councillor Robin Legg is your Liberal Democrat councillor for Sherborne Rural after his win on Thursday, 2nd May.

Robin has been an active councillor in the Sherborne area since 1979 when he was first elected to Bradford Abbas Parish Council.

Since 2019, Robin Legg has been serving as the Dorset Councillor, a role that has allowed him to champion the interests of 20 surrounding villages, including Sherborne.

Robin is a former local government solicitor with unrivalled experience in how local authorities work. In the 1990s, he played a key role in the governance of Dorset when the Liberal Democrats were in control for eight years.

Robin Legg is also a Candidate for the Sherborne East Ward in Sherborne Town Council.
