Shortly before our recent amazing election gains, I received the sad news that one of our long-standing members, Thelma Wield, had passed away.
I'm writing to share the recent general election results which, whilst nationally were spectacular for the Liberal Democrats, locally we fell just over 2,000 votes short of winning here.
