Mental health row set to reopen
Controversial laws allowing people with untreatable personality disorders to be detained, even if they have not committed a crime, are to be revived. The draft Mental Health Bill was axed in March amid much opposition.

Dundee LibDems say Queen's speech signals yet more unnecessary legislation

MORE SUBSIDY FOR OLYMPICS FROM CHESTERFIELD
Paul Holmes, Liberal Democrat MP for Chesterfield has today called for a total overhaul of the way tax credits are awarded after new figures revealed that 3,900 families in Chesterfield are still being forced to pay back over £3.1 million worth of tax credits, due to overpayments made by HM Revenue and Customs.
