Nearly 70,000 patients do not get drugs they need, while even more are given medication unnecessarily, the All Party Parliamentary Group on Epilepsy said. The Department of Health said it took epilepsy "very seriously" and would study the report carefully.

He then spotted a section of a flat roof was rotten and collapsing and that the outside clothes drying was overgrown with weeds and unusable.

Mr Farron asked the Minister if in light of a Help the Aged report which claims up to half a million pensioners are being abused, the Department consider the guidelines to be stringent enough to prevent such abuse.
